Becoming a queer life coach wasn’t exactly the plan! After years of wrestling with my own identity, working through self-doubt, suffering through narcissistic abusive relationships and learning the art of self-love and two years after filming Netflix’s The Ultimatum: Queer Love, I realized I wanted to share what I’ve learned with others. My journey wasn’t a straight line, and I’ve made plenty of quirky pitstops along the way—but that’s part of what makes me uniquely able to help you on yours. What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)?
As a certified EFT practitioner, I use this somatic healing practice that blends cognitive therapy with acupressure and somatic techniques. By tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on thoughts and emotions, EFT helps release blockages and reduce emotional pain. This process allows your body and mind to return to balance, creating space for healing and transformation.
